LTCA mission
Unite Lithuanian tax advisors, encourage tax consultants to continuously improve and provide only the highest quality services, promote fair tax payment in Lithuania and active cooperation of tax consultants and taxpayers with the tax administrator.
LTCA vision
To create an active discussion forum for professional discussions about the tax legal environment and to become a full-fledged partner of the financial institutions of the Republic of Lithuania, actively operating both at the level of drafting legal acts and implementing legal acts.
LTCA statutes
LTCA is a public legal entity with limited civil liability, whose legal form is an association. LTCA operates in compliance with the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania, the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Law on Associations of the Republic of Lithuania, other laws of the Republic of Lithuania, resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, the provisions of the Organization for Economic Development and Cooperation (OECD), and bases its activities on the articles of association of the Republic of Lithuania.
